Customer service

  • Timely billing. Bills typically are submitted on your behalf to your health insurance provider within 48 hours of your product purchase.
  • Accuracy. According to Medica, Park Nicollet bills products right the first time, with an accuracy score of 98 percent.
  • Help in answering insurance-related questions. Deductibles and larger copays are a growing trend for many. We suggest you talk to your insurance company first; but if you still have questions, give our billing staff a call at 952-993-0770. Most times we can help sort out insurance information with you.
  • Payment options. If your insurance doesn’t pay for a product you need, or you end up with a significant deductible, we can discuss options for paying your portion of the bill.
