Hearing aid purchases
Please refer to your specific hearing aid contract for refund and warranty information. State law requires a minimum 45-day return privilege.

Earmolds
Earmolds cannot be returned for refund. They can be returned for remake only within 90 days of purchase.

Assistive listening devices and other products
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, with your original receipt and all original packaging in resaleable condition.

Swim molds, musician's earplugs and custom ear protectors
Items cannot be returned for refund. They can be returned for remake only within 30 days of purchase when there are problems with fit or feedback. These items are warranted against breakage or cracks under normal use for one year from date of purchase.
