We care about your complete satisfaction. We will be happy to exchange your prescription eyewear for eyewear of the same value within 30 days at no charge.
30-day price match
If you find a lower price on an identical, complete pair of eyewear (frame and lenses) in stock at any competitor, we will refund you the difference within 30 days of purchase.
Accidental breakage protection
If your frame or lenses break or scratch within 90 days of purchase, we will exchange them at no charge. Limit one replacement on lenses and frames.
Between 90 days to one year from date of purchase, if your frame or lenses break, we will exchange them for 50 percent off the current retail price. (Insurance and discounts do not apply.) This warranty does not cover loss or theft.
Excludes pre-made readers.
Cleaning and adjustments
We will adjust or clean your eyewear at no charge for the life of the eyewear.
Prescription changes
If your doctor changes your prescription within 60 days of the date you purchased your eyewear, we will replace the lenses with a comparable type at no charge, provided the prescription is less than one year old. Children under the age of 13 will receive free lens prescription changes within 60 days of the date of purchase, provided the prescription is less than 90 days old.
Care and handling
This prescription has been filled with the finest quality ophthalmic lenses, which, when tested, met or exceeded Food and Drug Administration (FDA) specifications.
We recommend the following method to clean your eyewear:

Rinse your lenses under warm tap water to wash away any dust particles

Spray your lenses with an optical lens cleaner

Wipe your lenses with a soft cotton cloth
Return policy
Sundries, readers, magnifiers and nonprescription sunglasses can be returned within one week with original receipt and in new condition.
