Online return policy

Thank you for your order from The Stores @ Park Nicollet online.

Please review your order carefully and note the following return policy:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of date of receipt, with the original receipt and packaging. Please note the reason for return on the receipt.
• For your protection, items that have direct contact with the skin, are sterile or otherwise may pose a concern about infection are not returnable. This includes all bath safety items, cushions and pillows. If you have questions about your item, call Customer Service at 952-993-2662.
• Books, CDs and cassette tapes are not returnable.

If you should need to make a return, do the following.

1. Call Customer Service at 952-993-2662 to receive a Return Authorization number and arrange for pickup by our courier.  
   
   Free return pickup service is available only for return shipments received from the following states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota. 
   
   Customers returning items from states other than those listed must return-ship items at customer expense using the customer’s mail carrier of choice.
   
   
2. Pack return items in original packaging with the original receipt and seal the package carefully.
   
   
3. Place packaged items in the agreed-upon location for courier pickup.
