Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. All orders are processed within two business days of receiving the order and are shipped by ground delivery, unless otherwise stated, by one of the following delivery services: Spee-Dee, United Parcel Service, Federal Express or United States Postal Service. Overnight shipping is not available. A street address is required for delivery. At this time we are unable to accept P.O. boxes for delivery.
Some items - pillows, cushions, CDs and books - cannot be returned due to health regulations or copyright laws. If you have questions about the ability of your item to be returned, call Customer Service, 952-993-2662.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, call Customer Service at 952-993-2662. We will assist you in returning it to our warehouse and replacing the damaged item.

Certain ones. Some coupons can be used online, but many are not accepted. If your coupon has a coupon code for online purchases on it, you can use it online. If not, we regret that we will not be able to accept the coupon online. Please visit any of ourstores to use the coupon.
Yes. If it is more convenient for you to return an item to one of our store locations, you may return the item to the location of your choice. The original receipt must be dated within 15 days of return.
Yes. If you work for Park Nicollet, we offer free interoffice delivery of items ordered online. Please ensure accurate delivery information is provided when ordering.
