Sleep Store return policy

• Return items within 15 business days (three weeks) if in new condition, in original packaging or with tags attached and with original receipt.
• Rented machines (from 1-13 months, depending on your insurance plan) must be returned on or before rental expiration date.
• For your protection, items that are intended for use by one patient only (masks, tubing and humidifier) are not returnable.
• Books, CDs, videos, gift cards, cushions and pillows are not returnable.
