Choosing to have surgery can be a difficult decision, but it may be easier once you know why surgery is necessary and what treatment options are available to you.

Park Nicollet surgeons work as a team with patients’ primary care doctors to provide comprehensive medical care. Patients may need a referral from their primary care doctor before scheduling a surgical consultation. Check with your insurance provider for referral and self-referral guidelines.

Park Nicollet surgeons provide consultations at four clinic locations:

• Park Nicollet Clinic—Meadowbrook 
• Jane Brattain Breast Center (for breast related care), St. Louis Park
• Park Nicollet Clinic—Burnsville 
• Park Nicollet Clinic—Shakopee  

Once it is determined that surgery is the best option for you, the surgery will be performed at a later date at one of three locations:

• Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital, St. Louis Park
• Park Nicollet Clinic—St. Louis Park Ambulatory Surgery Center (3900 Building, 4th floor)
• St. Francis Regional Medical Center, Shakopee
