3. complete and drop off at the Volunteer Services office, Suite G-500, Methodist Hospital, ground floor.

Qualifications and requirements

Applicants must be:

• at least 14 years old
• able to volunteer for a 50-hour or six-month commitment

To volunteer with Park Nicollet:

	Renee Ewald, Methodist Hospital 6th floor volunteer

• complete an application (see above for options)
• interview with the Volunteer Services director or a volunteer coordinator
• sign a Statement of Confidentiality
• agree to a criminal background check (if age 18 or older)
• attend a two-hour orientation
• get tested annually for tuberculosis (unless have tested positive in the past)
• provide immunization records for MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) if born after Jan. 1, 1957
