Do I have an eating disorder?

Use the five statements below to identify whether you might have an eating disorder. Statements are adapted from the SCOFF Questionnaire. They’re part of a standard assessment used by eating disorder experts to confirm a suspected eating disorder.

Answer true or false:

  • I make myself sick when I feel uncomfortably full.
  • I worry I have lost control over how much I eat.
  • I recently lost more than 15 pounds in a three-month period.
  • I believe I’m fat, but others say I am too thin.
  • I would say food dominates my life.
