Doing business with Park Nicollet
In order to promote patient safety, ethical business relationships, and to meet regulatory requirements, Park Nicollet has established standards and processes for vendors and suppliers – Health Care Industry Representatives (HCIRs) – who do business with Park Nicollet Health Services. All HCIRs are expected to understand and abide by the standards established in the HCIR policy.
Non-clinical and clinical HCIRs conducting business with PNHS are required to register within 60 days following an initial contact or visit to a PNHS facility and thereafter, annually through the approved PNHS HCIR web-based vendor credentialing service, Reptrax.
Park Nicollet Health Services HCIR enrollment process:
Step 1: Contact Reptrax to create your account. Criteria are listed in the Park Nicollet HCIR requirements section below.
Step 2: Complete the enrollment documents. Mail, fax or email the completed documents to Reptrax.
Step 3: Reptrax will verify and upload the documents, then notify Park Nicollet Material Services that your application is complete and ready for approval.
Step 4: Park Nicollet will notify you via email when your request has been approved.
Non-clinical and clinical HCIRs are required to follow a check in process when visiting PNHS staff at Methodist Hospital.
Once you have recieved vendor registration approval notification from Park Nicollet Health Services:
- Each time you visit the Methodist Hospital campus, check in at one of four locations:
- Safety and Security Office, 1st floor between Methodist and Meadowbrook
- Cath Lab, Heart and Vascular Center, 2nd floor
- Methodist Hospital Pharmacy
- Operating Room, Methodist Hospital, 2nd floor
- Be prepared to provide your name, your company's name, the name of the person you are visiting and the time of your appointment.
- You will receive a photo ID badge displaying your appointment information. Please wear the badge for the duration of your visit. Access is only authorized for the area and person identified on the badge.
