Candidate profile account
Once you identify an opportunity of interest, you will be asked to create a candidate profile account. Your
secured profile will help you keep track of your application history, view up-to-date status information on positions you've applied for and create alerts to notify you of open positions that match your skills.
You will receive email confirmation when your application is received. Due to the high volume of job seekers, we conduct the majority of our initial communications through email. If you are selected for an interview, we will contact you by phone. If you are not selected for a position, we will send you an email to confirm we are pursuing other candidates.
Internships
Park Nicollet offers limited unpaid internship opportunities on an as-needed basis, dependent upon the individual department’s ability to accommodate the request.
Job shadowing
Job shadowing programs are an opportunity to watch or “shadow” an experienced professional while they work. You’ll learn first-hand what it takes to do a job that may interest you. You can learn about the tasks and responsibilities of the position, how a department operates and how the teams within the department work together.
Residency
Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital’s family medicine residency program is affiliated with the University of Minnesota Medical School, and located at Park Nicollet Clinic—Creekside. Our three-year residency program recruits six new residents each year and emphasizes hospital care, obstetrics and procedures.
