At Melrose Center, an expert care team including doctors, therapists and dietitians, along with family and loved ones, will work to create a personalized treatment plan and get you the support you need to become you again.
Eating disorders are complex mental health conditions that can affect people of any age or gender. Without treatment, they can lead to serious health complications and negatively impact school, work and relationships. No matter how or when your struggles with food or exercise started, it’s always the right time to get help.
At Melrose Center, we’ve provided compassionate, expert care for all types of eating disorders for people of every age and gender for over 35 years. We’ve helped guide thousands of people toward recovery using evidence-based treatment. This means that we base our programs on the latest research and treatments proven to help. Parent and Supportive Others Group
Tuesdays, 6-7 p.m., facilitated by Linsey Utzinger, PsyD, LP
Meetings are virtual only
Eating disorders affect more than the person with the disease. Join this virtual support group for adults who care for loved ones with an eating disorder – and need support and care for themselves. Cameras are required to be on for the duration of the group when joining the meeting virtually.
Binge Eating Disorder Recovery Group
Meets quarterly on Wednesdays, 5 to 6 p.m. Dates: July 23, 2025, October 22, 2025 and January 21, 2026.

Meetings are virtual only
This group is a safe and confidential place where you, your family, and friends can be encouraged and inspired, by hearing from BED patients who are living recovery. Cameras are required to be on for the duration of the group when joining the meeting virtually.

Physical awareness and rehabilitation
Exercise is an important part of a balanced lifestyle. At Melrose Center’s Physical Awareness and Rehabilitation Center (PARC) our team of physical therapists and fitness specialists will teach you the skills you need to heal your relationship with exercise. You’ll work one-on-one with specialists and in group-exercise classes to develop healthy movement skills.
