Personal

I enjoy many areas of psychology, but am most interested in health-related change, particularly with weight and eating problems. I have specialized in eating disorders for the past 8 years. People young and old impacted by eating disorders are really incredible individuals with many talents. I particularly enjoy working with them to help them realize their full potential. Prior to joining Park Nicollet, I served 5 years in the Unites States Navy as an active duty psychologist and have a vast array of experiences, both professionally and personally, from this. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, traveling, cooking, and photography.
