About me
I have always wanted to help make people’s lives better and make a difference in our world. I had an interest in the health care system at an early age due to my dad’s disability. I saw what a difference a caring, thoughtful doctor could make in the lives of patients and their families.
My patients tell me that I am a good listener and easy to talk to. I try to appreciate each patient as an individual and treat them with respect. I enjoy spending time taking about preventive care – what we can do for ourselves to improve our health and quality of life.
Outside of work, I like to spend time with my family and friends, travel, exercise, hike, read and cook with my husband.
Eating healthfully with lots of fruits and vegetables, exercising regularly by walking, practicing yoga and doing Pilates, getting enough sleep nightly and maintaining healthy relationships.
Germantown, WI
Caring, good listener, thoughtful, generous, down-to-earth, fun, particular (not sure if that is a positive word or not) and reliable.
I have wanted to be a doctor since childhood.
My friends and family. The music and theater offerings. The outdoor activities. A great airport.
I am the medical director of a free community clinic that serves the children of school district 191. This is funded through the Park Nicollet Foundation.
