I am very excited with the recent advances in understanding the basis of several autoimmune diseases and arthritis and their novel treatments. I enjoy experiencing this period of medicine when we can apply this knowledge to the better well-being of patients suffering from rheumatologic conditions. I also enjoy taking care of patients with varieties of rheumatic diseases, from acute arthritis like gout or injury-related conditions, to chronic arthritic conditions like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondilitis and psoriatic arthritis. I also treat connective tissue diseases such as lupus, scleroderma and fatal conditions caused by vasculitis. I love swimming, enjoy good movies, traveling and dining out at good interesting restaurants.
