My Areas of Practice

I enjoy the rich diversity of my practice, and strive to give each patient the individual attention they deserve.  I am privileged to be in an area of practice where I can do it all: see patients in the office, deliver their babies and also perform gynecologic surgery.  Even though I've been doing it for over 20 years, it's still fun!  I have a special interest in minimally invasive surgery including the use of the DaVinci robot, lesbian and transgender health care, adolescent gynecology, general obstetrics and gynecology, and Somali women's health care.
